Welcome to Photon. Please read the following content carefully and fully understand it, especially the clauses that exempt or limit the liability of Photon company, the clauses that restrict users' rights, and the clauses regarding the application of law and jurisdiction. If you are under 18 years old, or in other situations where you do not have the civil capacity suitable for user actions, please read this agreement under the accompaniment and guidance of your legal guardian ("guardian"), and use the Photon platform after ensuring that your guardian agrees to the content of this agreement.
1. Definitions and Scope of the Agreement
1.1 Definitions
Photon Company or We: Refers to the operator of the Photon platform(Interdime Technologies Limited)
Photon Platform Services: Refers to services provided by the Photon platform to you, including but not limited to content browsing, content posting, trading of goods and services, as well as other functions or services such as collecting, commenting, sharing, forwarding, searching, platform activities, etc.
Photon Account: Refers to the account that may need to be registered by users when using the Photon platform services.
User: Refers to the user of the Photon platform, more commonly referred to as "You" in this agreement.
2. Account Management
2.1 Account Acquisition
Photon platform provides you with registration and login channels. You can become a user of the Photon platform by filling in information as prompted on the page, reading and agreeing to this agreement, and completing all registration and login procedures. You may also need to fill in your real identity information as required by laws and regulations (if any), otherwise, you may not be able to use Photon platform services or may be restricted in using them. You understand and agree that you have the obligation to maintain the truthfulness, validity, and completeness of the information you provide.
2.2 Account Information Settings
The account information such as name, avatar, and profile set during registration or use of the Photon platform should abide by the principles of laws and regulations, social morals, and information authenticity. It must not contain inappropriate content, impersonate others' names, avatars, etc., or adopt other methods that may cause confusion. It should not infringe on the legal rights of third parties.
2.3 Account Use and Ownership
Some third-party websites or services may use Photon accounts as one of their login methods. You understand that, unless specifically stated by Photon company, these websites or services are not operated by Photon company. You should judge the security and availability of such third-party websites or services on your own and bear the related risks and responsibilities.
2.4 Account Cancellation and Recovery
You can apply to cancel your Photon account following the Photon platform process, but you still need to bear the corresponding responsibilities for your actions before canceling the account or during the use of Photon platform services. Once the cancellation is successful, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, Photon company will not provide services for account record, content, or virtual property recovery.
2.5 Handling of Account Violations
If you engage in any behavior that violates laws and regulations or does not comply with the terms of this agreement while registering or using a Photon account, Photon company has the right to refuse registration; for already registered accounts, Photon company has the right to require users to correct within a limited time, or unilaterally take measures such as short-term blocking, permanent banning, or account cancellation depending on the situation.
3. Photon Platform Services
3.1 Content Browsing
You can browse various types of information and content through the Photon platform. You must judge the content on the Photon platform on your own and bear the risks arising from the use of such content.
3.2 Content Publishing
You can use the Photon platform to publish your original opinions, views, texts, information, images, audio and video, and other content, or content you have the right to publish. Any content or information you publish on the Photon platform does not represent the views, positions, or policies of Photon company.
3.3 Content Sharing and Forwarding
You can share and forward information content on the Photon platform, but without the written permission of Photon company, you must not copy, read, adopt, count the information content and related data of the Photon platform.
3.4 Participation in Activities
You can participate in various online and offline interactive activities organized periodically by Photon company through the Photon platform.
3.5 Service Fees
Photon company has incurred significant costs in providing Photon platform services to you. Except for the charged services explicitly stated on the Photon platform, the Photon platform services provided by Photon company to you are free of charge.
4. Rights and Permissions
4.1 Platform Declaration
Platform Intellectual Property: The content provided by the Photon platform, including but not limited to videos, graphics, textual descriptions and their combinations, interface design, layout framework, icons, trademarks, etc., belongs to Photon company.
4.2 User Content and Information Authorization
The content you publish or upload on Photon platform should have a legal source, and you own the relevant content or have obtained the necessary authorization.
4.3 Infringement Complaints
Photon company respects and protects your and others' intellectual property rights, reputation rights, name rights, privacy rights, and other legitimate rights and interests.
5. Legal Responsibility
5.1 Breach Handling
In the event that you breach the terms of this agreement, Photon company has the right to make an independent judgment and immediately suspend or terminate part or all of the Photon platform services provided to you.
5.2 Liability Assumption
The forms of legal responsibility you bear include but are not limited to: compensating the aggrieved party for losses, making apologies, eliminating the impact, returning property, etc.
5.3 Anti-Commercial Bribery
You fully understand that any benefits provided to employees or consultants of Photon company that obviously exceed the scope of normal business negotiations are considered acts of commercial bribery.
5.4 Associated Handling
When Photon company terminates this agreement due to your breach, Photon company may terminate cooperation with you under other agreements.
5.5 Information Disclosure
Photon company may publicize information about your breach and other illegal information confirmed by effective legal documents.
6. Limitation of Liability and Exemption Clauses
6.1 Third-Party Services
When you use a specific service on the Photon platform, there may be separate agreements or rules for that service.
6.2 Limitation of Liability
All disclaimers and limitations of liability contained in this agreement apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6.3 Platform Liability
Photon company will assume platform responsibility only in accordance with relevant legal regulations.
6.4 Service Changes, Interruptions, and Termination
Photon company is constantly changing and improving Photon platform services. We will make every effort to provide services to you, ensuring the continuity and security of the service.
7. Agreement Modification and Termination
7.1 Agreement Modification Notification
Photon company reserves the right to modify the content of this agreement when necessary and will notify you in advance through reasonable means.
7.2 Effectiveness of Modified Agreement
After the modification of this agreement becomes effective, if you continue to use the Photon platform, it will be deemed that you have accepted the modified agreement.
7.3 Termination of the Agreement
This agreement will terminate simultaneously when you cancel your Photon account or when Photon company notifies you of the termination of Photon platform services.
